Getting started is as easy as 1...2...3
You have to be licensed in order to sell real estate in the state of Virginia. Step one is to take a pre-licensing course (click here to request current course information). Step two is to pass the national and state licensing exam. Step three is to start your career off right in "The Powerhouse."
